1: I will not create content that is politically or socially problematic
such as pro-life messages, homophobia/transphobia/enbyphobia, transmedicalist messages, racist messages, or alt-right or Nazi symbolism or fascism.

-3: my artwork shall not be used for promotional content
unless specifically commissioned or bought (artwork containing no original characters, such as dinosaurs, etc.)

-5: Once I sell you a design, or you get a design of mine from someone else, you're permitted to do whatever you want with it if it follows my comfort guide.
I allow resales for more or less of what the original design is sold for, regardless of artwork quantity.

I will follow through with all commissions. If I am able to refund you, then it will be on my own terms when I cannot provide what you need in a reasonable amount of time.
-10: I have the right to keep all money after I am paid so long as I provide whatever work was requested.-11: If a chargeback is requested, I will never serve you again and will make sure no other artists will.
