1: I will not create content that is uncomfortable for me to create.

its a small weird preference, but i wont draw nsfw or gore of characters who's face/head closely resemble extant colombiformes, as I view them parentally. i can do it if they are stylized unrealistically.

2: Re-uploads of NSFW are allowed on approved sites—herpy.nu, e621.net, and rule34.xxx only.

Reposts on sites such as Bluesky, Fur Affinity, and Twitter are permissible if you link/at my preferred accounts.
Credit all artwork to @penprickle and not aniriteron if it is NSFW on Bluesky.

3: I can refuse service for any reason.

4: Please keep my NSFW or fetish works private if I have requested it.

Terms of service

1: I will not create content that is politically or socially problematic

such as pro-life messages, homophobia/transphobia/enbyphobia, transmedicalist messages, racist messages, or alt-right or Nazi symbolism or fascism.

2: My artwork is never permitted to be used in AI training.

3: my artwork shall not be used for promotional content

unless specifically commissioned or bought (artwork containing no original characters, such as dinosaurs, etc.)

4: my artwork shall not be sold or purchased as NFTs

5: Once I sell you a design, or you get a design of mine from someone else, you're permitted to do whatever you want with it if it follows my comfort guide.

I allow resales for more or less of what the original design is sold for, regardless of artwork quantity.

6: I reserve all rights to the images/artwork I make.

mostly meaning, I can use images in my commission/artwork portfolio!

8: You cannot request a refund after it is paid.

I will follow through with all commissions. If I am able to refund you, then it will be on my own terms when I cannot provide what you need in a reasonable amount of time.
I have the right to keep all money after I am paid so long as I provide whatever work was requestedIf a chargeback is requested, I will never serve you again and will make sure no other artists will. I do not support scammers, nor does anyone.I may decide to add on free artwork if I am personally unsatisfied with the finished product of another. not really negotiable unless you outright say no. I want to provide a quality service to you, and sometimes I don't enjoy what I made. So I like to compensate.

1. Ownership & Usage
- The Buyer receives ownership of the character design upon purchase.
- The Buyer may use the design for personal projects, art, advertisements, ect.
- the Buyer must adhere to design permissions.
- Buyer must inform new owner of TOS if sold.2. Commercial use
- The Buyer is allowed to use the design for commercial purposes as long as proper credit is given to the original creator (me).
- Proper credit must include my name or handle in an accessible manner wherever the design is used commercially unless significantly/mostly altered.3. Restrictions
- The Buyer cannot claim to have created the design.
- The design can be heavily altered without permission, but ask if you want to remove my credit for the design.4. Violation
- In the event of a violation, buyer is given option to re sell design, return it to me, delete the character or remove my credits to the character creation/images i made or remove my artwork + change design, otherwise i will remove credits myself.-Buyer will be added to blacklist and has chance to be put on public list depending on severity.5. Refunds
- If the Buyer violates the TOS, refunds can be issued if Buyer cannot sell it and I can afford to take it back.- refund will not be given if buyer purchases adopt out of impulse or any reason unless of violation.
